Both superglues are completely odorless during curing, so there's no irritation to the nose or eyes. They also don't leave a white haze and only take a few seconds longer to cure than regular superglues. They aren't as strong as regular superglues and are much more expensive to produce, but in situations where a lot of gluing is required, such as saturating fiberglass cloth during lamination, they offer a solution to exposure to the unpleasant gases of evaporating monomers.
Moreover, Super-Gold adhesives do not attack polystyrene/Isomo/Styrofoam, so they can be used to make or repair many foam wings, such as many of today's Almost Ready to Fly (ARF) models. Its haze-free application also makes it the preferred choice for building plastic kits with transparent parts like airplane cockpit windows, and Super-Gold can also be used effectively for further model construction.
